Our website will aim to connect SIA guards and employers. The site will act as a direct connection between these two parties to help people get work and to allow employers find employees at short notice. Our interface benefits from an employee’s diary showing availability, location, qualifications, license details, DBS check option and provides direct access to employers to hire on a freelance basis.
All guards on hireaguard.co.uk are fully vetted.
Guard posts profile
Guard fills out availability through a calendar
Guards profile now visible to local employers
Guard can apply for job listings with employer directly or await employers to contact them.
Employer requires guard
Employer searches directory / Employer posts listing

SIA is the security industry authority which is a UK governed body. Anyone who wishes to practise as a licensed security guard must hold this license. This must be valid. Validity can be checked online.
