Appointment Module in existing website

I have a website in Laravel in which there is a module in which user can book an appointment with me after submitting that appointment modules and the admin will get that appointment in dashboard to confirm it. Everything is working in this module. Now I want this same module password protected so that if somebody call my reception to book an appointment my receptionist can book appointment from admin end through this module after login.
