Apply with LinkedIn Wordpress Plugin Development

I am looking for a Wordpress plugin developer to create an Apply with LinkedIn plugin for my website. The plugin should be able to import LinkedIn profiles - it DOES NOT have to include a customizable application form. The ideal candidate should have experience working with PHP, Wordpress and LinkedIn APIs. He/she should be able to develop the plugin within 1 week.
In scope: Authentification and confirmation and dealing with the OAuth2 Tokens.
We use RedbeansPHP for ORM.
Display what we get from the linkedin API (we want the profile information like picture, past jobs, education etc.)
Best would be if you already have done exactly such a project and you just need to do adaptations.
Out of scope: Writing the values of the profile to the database (we can take over here)
