Apply the Cron Job for 2 PHP websites

I got an existing website and installing the Worksuite ( https://codecanyon.net/item/worksuite-saas-project-management-system/23263417 ) under a subdomain of that domain.
I need to give access to my old users to the Worksuite.
1. Is it Possible that My Existing Website Users can connect their accounts / get access to Worksuite Website's account without Sign Up & Log in to your Worksuite system through "Cron Job"?
2. Can I use your REST API to give my Users.
Or. 3. I need to bring some changes to the Databases & use the API and enter the user's details ( my existing website ). But when a new user creates a new account in My "Existing website," the user will visit the "Worksuite Installed Page/subdomain/site." How will I bypass the Authentication process on the "Worksuite script"?
Cron Job Application:
PART A- the Developer can sync the users' table in the database from the www.mywebsite.com & www.worksuite.com site if I ( the Developer) know the passwords (or if they're stored in md5). If I have this data, I could setup a regular Cron Script to read my/own user data and populare the Worksuite users' table.
PART B- With the Worksuite script, the Developer can set the user password column in the DB as an md5 hash of the password. Worksuite will detect that this is an md5 and encode it more securely on the first login.
So as long as I can access the password in www.mywebsite.com -the existing system, the Developer can create a "Cron to Mirror" it. It would need to be stored using md5 or plain on www.mywebsite.com/ the existing system.
