App or WebApp task-file-chat manager

Hi, I'm going to do a Web App (or native apps) for managing task - project - files and a chat.
Multiuser
The idea is to start with these feature (take inspiration from slack but more semplified) and add others in the future
I need to decide also if go with web app (in this case I prefer if will be built in VueJs as frontend and some php framework for backend, but is not mandatory) or go with more native apps (or crossplatform) for android/ios/pc-mac
