App Admin panel in PHP for firebase database database

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer to create an app admin panel for my firebase database. The admin panel should have the following features:
- User management: The panel should allow me to manage users and their access levels.
- Data analytics: I would like to have the ability to analyze data within the admin panel.
- Add Data : The panel should support add data in Firebase to users.
The different user roles should all have full access to the admin panel.
