Api integration to PHP script

I want to integrate 4 api to my php script BUT this project will be only for 1 api integration which will be the payment gateway api. I have document and all in english. I need someone who is expert in core php... Ones this is done, i will go 2th api... I need someone to stuck with me on this project.. If you will leave, please dont give offer...
