Apache Solr Consultant

Looking for a consultant to help integrate Solr indexing/search into an online farm marketplace platform. This is a full featured ecommerce web platform that allows local farmers to join together to develop online local farm marketplace websites.
At this point the platform has limited search functionality using PHP/MySQL. We would like to incorporate an indexing/search engine into the platform and are looking for an expert in Solr to help us do this.
As a demo project we currently have Solr up and running and indexing inventory data and returning results. However we are looking for some overall guidance to the best approaches to integrating Solr and specifically a review and update of our current configuration files (schema, solrconfig.xml, db-data-config.xml, etc) enabling search and return of relevant results.
To a large extent this company is mission driven in our effort to connect local buyers with local products and promote all the befits that come from that. You would be working with a group that is highly motivate to make that happen.
