Animal In You Seeks Developer with SEO Experience

The AnimalinYou.com is looking for an hourly developer with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Ad delivery, with knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, PHP and MySQL database implementation.
We have 3 websites in different development stages, but would like to improve our main site Animal In You. Our goal is to create a great working relationship with the right developer before diving into the other two.
The majority of our pages are written in PHP/HTML. Unfortunately, some pages have been poorly coded and need someone with a logistical approach of efficiency.
Our revenue is ad based, and our site has had a steady stream of more than 1,000,000 unique visitors per year. We're looking to improve our ad revenue through SEO best practice.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HTML5
- Strong knowledge of PHP
- Strong knowledge of CSS3
- Strong knowledge of MySQL
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience implementing Google Ads or other Ad providers.
- Self-motivated with quick turnaround times
- Honest and reliable
- Regularly communicates
Nice to Have:
- Strong knowledge of Javascript/JQuery
- Experience in ad delivery outside of Google
