Analyze Website loading speed & give improvement tips

Our Laravel website https://playtoearn.net has some issues with slow loading, especially for mobile. Our gtmetrix /google pagespeed is not as good as we wish it to be. We used a lot of techniques to improve our loading speed already, but are kinda stuck now as we don't know where to improve more from here.
I look for someone with experience in improving loading speed of custom code websites. Who can analyze the website through website tools / Devtools & give some feedback of what we should do to improve our loading speed. Afterwards we will implement these suggestions and check the loading speed improvements together.
