Purpose: Engage an analytics agency to implement and QA a comprehensive Google Tag Manager (GTM) + Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking solution for Polykart.co, covering all key user interactions and ecommerce events.

Configure GTM container on WordPress (XStore theme + GTM4WP plugin)
Push required Data Layer variables
Deploy GA4 Configuration and custom GA4 Event tags via GTM
Design & build GA4 dashboards and funnel explorations
QA & validation in GA4 DebugView and Live Reports

3. Implementation Approach
Container Setup: Ensure GTM plugin set to inject head & body snippets. Purge all caches.
Data Layer: Verify and extend GTM4WP Data Layer pushes for ecommerce flows.
Variables: Enable built-in GTM variables (Page URL, Page Path, Referrer, Click Text, Click URL) and create custom Data Layer Variables:
ecommerce.items, ecommerce.value, ecommerce.currency
pagePostType, pagePostType2, pagePostAuthor
additional keys per event specification
GA4 Configuration: Deploy a single GA4 Config tag (initialization trigger). Use a Constant variable for Measurement ID.
Event Tags: Create GA4 Event tags (one per defined event), mapping parameters to Variables and configuring precise triggers.
Dashboard & Reporting: Define, build, and configure GA4 dashboards, funnel explorations, path analyses, and alerts to serve as the central analytics nerve center.
