Amazon seller central API - Inventory Management software

Task:
We would like the ability to create a shipment plan on Amazon seller central for stock going to Amazon FBA, for this information to be sent to our inventory/warehouse management system. This information should be sent as a warehouse transfer request which will then allow the team pickers to collect the items from the warehouse and prepare for shipment.
This task can be as simple as a script.
