Amazon and Non-Profit Website Design -- 2

I’m looking for a great company with a reason designer (s) and programmers to work on my multiple current projects that I need to get done. For example:, the Amazon website will be focused on selling products, while the Non-Profit site will require several key features.
For the Amazon website:
- The main goal of this site is to effectively sell products. Experience with e-commerce functionality is crucial.
- I need to design an amazon storefront with multiple different products to sell on Amazon. Looking for someone with experience on the ecommerce space. Design, look and feel are very important to the brand.
- It needs to be user-friendly, secure, and optimized for conversions.
- Knowledge of Amazon-specific web design would be a big plus.
For the Non-Profit website:
- Key features needed include a donation processing system, an event registration platform, and a volunteer sign-up form.
- The donation system should be secure, easy to use, and able to handle different payment methods.
- Event registration should be intuitive and capable of handling different event types and ticketing options.
- The volunteer sign-up form should be simple and effectively collect necessary information.
- I have the template for the this site already. I will need to customize the site.
I have also a themeforest WP template design that I would like to customize to create a NON-profit site that will be part of my company. I need to donate $1 to different causes for each product sold from Amazon and my website.
