Amazon MWS Price Extraction

Hello. I am looking for someone to help me develop a repricing tool. For now, I simply need a script/program to get Amazon.com marketplace price information per ASIN (or UPC if possible). For example: I would have an excel sheet with 10000 ASIN's in a column from Amazon.com's CDs & Vinyl Category. I would request the 2nd lowest used-good price and the lowest new price for that ASIN. I would like these prices inserted in that excel file in the same row of the corresponding ASIN. If no price exists for any one of these requests then set price = 0. If you are able to design something than can ignore certain sellers (ie those with less than 10 feedbacks, under 90% positive or international sellers) that would be a plus. I think this can be down with requests to Amazon MWS, but I am not sure. I do not have access to MWS at this time, so if you can provide this as well for an extra cost, that will be great. I would like to get such prices a few times per week or as needed. Thank you for reading, I hope you can help me and that we can both mutually benefit.
