Amazon Integration Middleware Development

Job ID: 39356818

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

We need to build a middleware solution to manage Amazon product listings, order processing, stock synchronization, and various other Amazon marketplace integrations. The middleware will be designed to automate and streamline tasks like uploading offers to existing Amazon product pages, creating new product listings, managing stock levels, and synchronizing order statuses between Amazon and our internal ERP system.

The middleware should interact with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API), using C# (.NET 9) to create, update, and manage listings, orders, and stock. This will involve developing a GUI for managing product offers, mapping Amazon SKUs to internal product IDs, processing Amazon orders, and updating stock in real-time.

Key Features & Requirements:
1. Offer Management on Existing Amazon Product Pages:
The middleware will allow users to list offers on already existing Amazon product pages via Amazon SP-API.

Features include price, stock, condition, and shipping group updates via API calls.

Technology Stack: C# 13 (.NET 9) using Amazon SP-API.

The AmazonOfferDto will manage offer data including SKU, ASIN, GTIN, price, stock, shipping group, condition, and status.

GUI Component: Manual or serial assignment of ASIN/GTIN, offer management with status feedback.

2. New Product Listing on Amazon:
Automatically create a new Amazon product page via SP-API using a DTO system.

Include product data like title, description, images, attributes, and variations.

Category Templates: Use templates for each product category to validate required fields (e.g., brand, size, color).

SP-API Integration: Handle product creation via ProductTypeTemplateFeed.

3. Central Stock Synchronization:
Sync stock between internal ERP and Amazon via the SP-API.

Stock Management: Real-time updates of available stock for Amazon offers to prevent overselling.

Support for multiple warehouses and handling of buffer quantities.

DTOs: AmazonOfferStockDTO and AmazonStockUpdateDTO to manage and send stock updates.

4. Amazon Order Processing:
Import Amazon orders (both MFN and FBA) via Amazon SP-API.

Automatically or manually sync order statuses (pending, open, shipped, etc.).

DTOs: AmazonOrderDTO and AmazonOrderItemDTO to manage order data.

Shipping Confirmation: Automatically mark orders as shipped or process manually through the GUI.

5. Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) Integration:
Enable orders from external sales channels (e.g., eBay, own store) to be fulfilled through Amazon FBA.

McfOrderDTO: Handle MCF order data and trigger fulfillment via the SP-API.

Order Monitoring: Track the status of MCF orders and manage errors like invalid address or unavailability.

6. Feed Upload Monitoring & Error Handling:
Manage Amazon feed uploads (product data, inventory updates, pricing changes, etc.).

Monitor feed statuses and handle errors with retry logic.

Provide a dashboard for visualizing feed processing status and errors.

7. BuyBox Monitoring & Price Competitiveness:
Track BuyBox status and monitor the competitiveness of product pricing using the SP-API.

Notify users if they lose BuyBox status or if their price is uncompetitive.

8. Real-time Monitoring Dashboards:
Order Monitoring Panel: View the latest order statuses (pending, shipped, etc.).

Stock Sync Dashboard: Track stock synchronization status and errors.

Feed Upload Dashboard: Monitor feed upload progress and errors.

Price Competitiveness Dashboard: Visualize pricing competitiveness and BuyBox status.

9. Scheduled Jobs & CronJobs:
Automate tasks such as fetching orders, syncing stock, updating offers, and monitoring feedback.

Provide a scheduling mechanism with configurable intervals for these tasks.

Deliverables:
Source Code: Complete C# solution (using .NET 9) with all required functionality.

GUI Interface: A user-friendly interface for managing product listings, offers, orders, stock, and MCF.

API Integration: Integration with Amazon SP-API for offers, stock, orders, and product listings.

Documentation: Detailed instructions on how to set up, configure, and use the middleware.

Error Logging & Monitoring: A robust error handling system with logs and notifications.

Requirements:
Proficiency in C# (.NET 9) and API integrations.

Experience with Amazon SP-API and related libraries for working with product listings, orders, and stock.

Ability to create user interfaces for managing listings and offers.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases for storing relevant data, although the system should not rely directly on database connections.

Ability to manage and track feeds, errors, and logs.
