Amazon Developer Registration

My company is selling products on amazon, We are a software team of 3, Company asking us to develop separate application for amazon sellers, for example MIS Type Application, Decision Making , Forcasting of sale , profit and loss etc. Now I want to register my self as a developer of amazon seller central and i want to access our seller central data. Kindly help me to do so. I find it very complicated to register.
