Amazon Cognito User Pool and SSO Setup

I am the owner of an existing website which currently does not have an authentication system. I am seeking a skilled developer with experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly AWS Cognito, to create a Cognito User Pool and set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for my site.
