Amazon Affiliate Program Amamazon Products to Amazon Partner Link Converter via AP-API

The whole thing should run like this I have a prepared csv. file with amazon product links. The Program should retrieve the links one after the other and generate partner codes and save them in a new csv file via Amazon AP-API.
