Amazon API E-commerce Integration

An Amazon api integration with the e-commerce for fetching new added products in the Swedish shop, for selected categories, then comparing price with similar high selling products (10) is the price is belopp X% sen email with the link, so I can be notified.
I don’t have any api will need help to setup.
I have a hosting service, if this can be used for running this code.
Could also build this and show the information in a webpage.
