Alumni Portal System

I want someone who can build a web application particularly Alumni Management System using PHP and My Sql language. This application stores all the data pertaining to alumni of the college. The Admin can edit, delete and modify the details of the alumni. The entire functionality of the project will be shared later once the freelancer agrees to do the project.
