Allow for multiple currencies on the back end of Multi-Vendor Marketplace App and Website.

Users can currently choose from multiple currencies on the front end of the app.
However, when a user posts an ad with their chosen currency (example: Rs), when the ad is live only $ is shown.
I need a dev to allow currencies to be dynamic on the back end, as they currently seems to be static.
I also need a dev to implement the choice of currency on the front end of the website.
Website is built on PHP and Laravel.
