Akeneo developer

Hello,
We are looking for an Akeneo developer who is familiar with the PIM platform, to create a view-only front end to an existing database
We want as power users to control the information and reflect it to the end "front end". In order to do so, a version update is required - We now use the Commercial edition with V3.2 and we looking to have V6.0 (the last Akeneo PIM version for the commercial edition).
Another issue is creating a Product data sheet (PDS) as an output of the PIM (the attached files(https://we.tl/t-jL60wnA24a) contain the old PDS. and the PDS's that we are looking for, where we want to have 3 PDS for the products).
We are using the free Community Edition of Akeneo PIM, version 3.2.23. The software is being updated daily with data by the project manager, who is, and will be, the only person with credentials to edit, update and enter data.
After the software is ready with all the data, we want to allow limited access to some levels of users as follows:
Level 1 – Full access, editing, entering and updating data into the system. (Maen)
Level 2 - Full access to all information - Company employees will have permission to view, download and print full files without the possibility of editing
Level 3 - Partial access - Company employees or customers with access to view and download files for relevant content, without the possibility of editing.
We will also need to prepare pdf templates for printing different data.
Probably there are other things that we didn’t think of. Please let me know how you can contribute to the above project.
what we are looking for is to give the dealer accounts access to our PIM but at the same time, we don’t want the dealers to edit the information (inside the attributes) in the PIM, so our decision was to build a front end for the PIM. Do you have any advice or suggestion about this? (Like “is it better to build or create website with the same PIM information/database”)?
Again, the levels that we want:
1. Administrator level: have full access for PIM, (change attribute and everything)
2. Edit information level: to edit information (inside the attribute). By the way, the administrator can give this type of access to the other accounts (this level will be for same people in the company)
3. Full View only level: can see all the information in the product without changing anything (this level will be for the employees of the company)
4. Partial view only level: can see some information and some information will be hidden for this account level and this kind of level will be for the dealer (for example we don’t want to share the price with the dealer)
In our current PIM we have the first two levels included, but we are looking for the levels 3 and 4
