Ajax Loading Slow in Wordpress -- 2

Hi,
I have a Wordpress plugin called SupportCandy that uses admin-ajax.php
The plugin allows to create a support ticket, reply to it, edit it, delete it
Every Ticket Reply, Ticket Create it takes around 60 seconds to load the query.
Other calls like delete ticket, edit ticket work fast without issues.
I need help in diagnosing what is causing the issue and fixing it.

Note - I cannot give access to Wp-Admin.

If you can work by guiding me without the site URL I will pay extra 50% in a tip.
