Hi All,
Please read the attached briefing. This shows all requirements so far and the budget per phase. The budget is non-negotiable and is only paid after each completed phase. We are giving you information on every phase, as a lot of things from phase 2, relate to phase 1, phase 5 to phase 3 etc. We do this, so you don't have to do double work.
This is a project of 6-12 months where deadlines will be strictly adhered to. Deadlines that aren't made, will result in a phase pay reduction of 2% per working day. Every phase will have it's own deadline. When everything is running and we're operating, you will be required to assist our IT department based on hourly fee. Therefor, we post this job for an hourly rate.
Please note, phase 1 is only a website. Only after successful funding, we will continue. If we do not get our funding, phase 2 will not start.
