Airbnb-Style Booking Integration -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a website for my accommodation business; Reqiuires true “Airbnb-style” functionality so guests can book, pay, and communicate without leaving the page.
Booking module
• Must let me set day-by-day pricing and manage room availability from a single dashboard.
• The guest flow should feel familiar to Airbnb users (choose dates, see dynamic price, confirm).
Payments
Right now I only need secure credit/debit card processing. If the solution you propose keeps the door open for additional gateways later, that’s a plus, but cards are the mandatory first step.
Messaging & contracts
I want hosts and guests to exchange real-time chat messages on the site, receive automatic email notifications, and upload/download signed contracts or other files within the same thread. The contract workflow has to support sending, e-signing, and returning documents without extra plugins.
Deliverables
1. Fully working booking component with date-wise pricing and availability controls.
2. Stripe (or comparable) card payment setup, tested end-to-end.
3. In-site messaging system with chat, email alerts, and file attachment support for contracts.
4. Reviews for clients to leave on each property after the stay.
4. Clear handover notes so I can adjust rates, rooms, Photos of the properties, decriptions and contracts myself.
I have a pdf of the layout I would like for the site. Establishes the look and feel for the site.
I am happy to provide pdf's for reference once a Freelancer is selected.
If you’ve built similar lodging or rental platforms or have prebuilt template type sites that meet my requirements that would be a consideration as well.—please tell me. I’m ready to get started as soon as I find the right fit.
