Airbnb and Booking.com Calendar Sync

I am looking for a proficient developer who can help link my Airbnb calendar and rates to Booking.com. I want to establish a two-way synchronization, where any updates on either platform get reflected on the other.
I want the airbnb rates and cal to be primary with as little interference as possible with the airbnb. So that if user sets price in air bnb price is reflected in booking.com
If user changes availability in airbnb it is reflected in booking.com
If dates bookmon booking.com the dates are blocked on airbnb.
I have guesting controling the booking.com but not controlling airbnb
