I am seeking a developer or a team experienced in creating B2B web applications, specifically for air ticket booking. The portal should have the following key functionalities:
- Flight Booking: The primary purpose of the portal is to allow agents to book flights on behalf of their customers.
- Agent Management: The portal should enable me to manage agents, track their performance, and handle their commissions.
- Reporting and Analytics: The system should provide comprehensive reporting and analytics features to monitor sales, agent performance, and overall business health.
The portal needs to integrate with both IATA and Non-IATA airlines. Therefore, prior experience with these integrations is a significant advantage.
In terms of user roles, the portal should support Admin and Agent roles. The Admin will oversee the entire system, while Agents will handle flight bookings.
