Agricultural Website Backend Development

I'm looking for a skilled backend developer to create a comprehensive server-side solution for my agricultural website.

Key Features:
- Weather Data Integration: The site should connect with reliable weather data sources to provide real-time updates.
- Farm Management Tools: These tools will help farmers track their farm's progress and manage their resources.
- User Management: A secure login and registration system with an admin panel is required.
- Crop Tracking: A page for current crops grown by farmers and another for previous crops this data should be visible on frontend through backend only
- Crop Suggestions: An automated system to suggest crops via email based on the data we have.

User Access:
- Primarily, the backend should be accessible to the Admin.

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Ruby, PHP, etc.)
- Experience with database management
- Knowledge of weather data integration
