Create a IA Agent chatbot for scheduling medical appointments, integrated with WhatsApp and clinical management systems, allowing scheduling, cancellation, automatic reminders and collection of post-service feedback.

? 2.1. Smart Conversation Flow
Initial greeting and patient identification (Name, CPF or Date of Birth).
Question about the type of care desired (specialty, doctor, exam, etc.).
Collection of additional information (time preference).
Suggestion of available times.
Scheduling confirmation.
? 2.2. Integration with Medical Management Systems
Automatically register new appointments in the clinic/hospital system.
Synchronize with medical calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook).
? 2.3. Sending Reminders and Notifications
Automatic reminders via WhatsApp, SMS and email (24h and 1h before the appointment).
Option to confirm, reschedule or cancel appointment.
Automatic filling of vacant times with new patients.
