AI Agent Development for Clinic CRM Integration

I'm looking to develop an AI agent based on ChatGPT that can integrate with my clinic's system and the Grandstream UCM. This AI agent will handle:

- Scheduling and appointments
- Patient data management
- Billing and invoicing
- All general inquires

The AI agent will specifically need to integrate with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. and our CENTRAL UCM In terms of functionalities with the Grandstream UCM, the AI agent will need to manage:

- Call routing and handling
- Voicemail transcription
- Automated reminders and follow-ups

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in AI development, specifically with ChatGPT, and have a strong understanding of system integrations. Experience with healthcare systems and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
