DJ Agency Admin Automation
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
My DJ Agency admin tasks need automation. I handle client invoicing, contract creation and managing the artists' schedule, with these soaking up a significant part of my day. I'm currently using the Gigg.io platform for client invoicing.
• Client Invoicing: An automated system that creates and sends out invoices to my clients is a must-have.
• Contract Generation: Automation is also required for creating contracts. These would be based on certain presets and conditions that I would specify.
• Artist Schedule Management: A system that can handle the scheduling of my artists, noting their availability, bookings, and other related details.
While I currently use Gigg.io for the invoicing, I haven't decided yet whether the new automation will be integrated with this platform.
I'm open to using different software if a more suitable work process can be offered
