Affiliate Sales Boost for Online Courses -- 2

To start with, it would be an on-off task.

I need a strategic partner to boost our online course sales through affiliate marketing. Our courses are hosted on our own website, and we currently have no established affiliate recruitment method.
I have online courses in English and Spanish about aesthetic medicine. They sell very well already in Udemy, but the returns are meagre, so I want to sell the same courses but from the original source: my website

I signed up with Clickbank, as I understand is an affiliate marketplace. My tech knowledge is not expert level by far, bur I managed to submit 2 of my courses.

Key Requirements:
- Develop and implement an affiliate recruitment strategy in Clickbank initially
- Create attractive affiliate offers and incentives
- Set up the CB account for me to manage in the future

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven success in affiliate marketing, specifically Clickbank
- Strong network of potential affiliates
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
