Adwords Account

I am looking for Adwords accounts. threahold The adwords accounts must be as follows:

1. The adwords account must be older

2. The adwords account must be pre activated account (already charged $5 USA Dollars for the sign up fee) or activated, verified Adwords accounts.

3. The account must be working

4. The Method of billing in the account must be 'Postpay billing' and the Form of payment must be 'Credit Card'

5. The account will be tested by us for 24 hours to see if the ads are really running before making payment. Any account, where the ads stop running before first 24 hours will not be paid.
