Advanced Zammad Software Training

I need an expert to provide advanced training on the Zammad software. The training will focus on ticket management, reporting and analytics, and initial configuration. The training will be for a small group of 1 to 5 participants.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced level Zammad training sessions
- Cover ticket management features in depth
- Explain and demonstrate the reporting and analytics capabilities
- Train on initial configuration of the software

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience with Zammad software
- Previous training experience, particularly with small groups
- Excellent knowledge of ticket management and reporting tools within Zammad
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
