I'm looking for a skilled WooCommerce developer to create a highly customized checkout plugin for my e-commerce platform.
Key Features Required:
- Customized Checkout Fields: The plugin should support custom fields for user input.
- Payment Gateway Integration: I need support for two different payment gateways. These should be automatically shown based on the customer's chosen country.
- Specific Order of Information: The checkout process should be divided into clear steps: Shipping information, Billing information, Order review and finally, Payment options.

3) Customer information (if private or company, different layouts and fields, different fields if country specefic is needed (like state for USA for example) otherwise normal info such as email, phonenumber with country specfic prefilled, delivery adress, postal code, (country prefilled from previous) if company, VAT nr should be possible to add. box if wanted to create account on the website
