Advanced USA Payroll Cloud System
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking a developer to build a Cloud-Based USA Payroll Program. This system should have these critical features including:
• Automatic tax calculations: To streamline the payroll process and ensure all calculations comply with tax regulations for BOTH state and federal taxes. This would be for all 50 USA states. I DO NOT have access to state tax tables. Seeking a programmer who can obtain this information.
Send both state and federal tax deductions electronically to appropriate agencies

• Mobile cloud accessibility: The system should be accessible via all modern mobile devices to allow for remote accessibility.
• Integration via API with the existing admin system built in php:
Direct deposit capabilities and print check capabilities
We currently use Quickbooks payroll and used to use Medlin.com. Screenshot of Medlin are attached. Would like similar setup but does not have to be exact.
The number of employees using the payroll program will vary depending upon the company. Therefore, the system should be scalable enough to accommodate businesses of all sizes.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who have solid experience in payroll system development and are versed in cloud computing, mobile development, and system integration.
