Advanced Python Bot

Looking for an experienced Python developer to build a web monitoring automation tool.

**Project Scope:**
1. Develop a Python script to monitor a public booking website for new appointment availability
2. Implement smart detection: The exact release time varies daily. Script must detect changes automatically by monitoring website API responses or DOM updates. Fixed time checks are not acceptable
3. Integrate Telegram Bot API to send instant notifications when availability is detected. Alert must include date, time, and direct booking link
4. Include proxy support and handle anti-bot measures like reCAPTCHA v3
5. Code must be clean, commented, and delivered with full source code

**Project Terms:**
1. Payment via Freelancer milestone/escrow only
2. First milestone: Developer delivers working demo + full source code for testing
3. Client tests functionality for 24 hours on local machine
4. Milestone released immediately after successful testing
