Advanced Google Forms Customization

I'm seeking a skilled Google Forms developer to enhance my form with several key features.
Key Requirements:
1. Receipt Number: Upon form submission, the participant should receive a receipt number that's already generated in the Google response sheet.
2. Dynamic Dropdown: I need a dropdown list in the Google Form, populated with values from another Google Sheet. Once a value is selected, it should show further values based on the selection.
3. Email Notifications: An email should be sent to the person submitting the form, as well as to two other specified email IDs. The email should include a receipt number from the response sheet, submission details, and a custom message.
4. Secondary Form Generation: After a Google Form is submitted, I need another form to be created. This form should display values from the first form and allow for response selection.
