I am in a need of a robust CRM/admin panel for my booming business. More than 20-30 of my team members should be able to use it simultaneously. The key features I'm specifically looking for are:
- User Management: Should have capabilities to manage multiple users, giving me the flexibility to add, remove, or modify user rights.
- Customer Database: The system should be able to keep track of all customer data, including transactions, demographic info, communication history, etc., and provide easy accessibility of this info to all users.
The CRM/admin panel should be desktop-based for ease of use and convenience. The perfect candidate for this job would have significant experience in building desktop-based CRM systems and a deep understanding of user management and database management systems.
