UX/UI (Responsive design near native mobile flutter application based on WP): Basic classified ads for non-logedin and loggedin user could post the ads with multiple images or at least 5 image and Video or emb social media Video online for Ads with multi-lingual, multi-currency, location detector (nearby me price radar based on category and similar product like dating radar of wechat or Indrive app), end to end between seller, buyer and Site support chats and add more breakable function to breakup traditional classified site like adding private, public, and hidden adult content of the store page or users profile page for the users' sex status and category filtering in nearby me search results, adding Shipping address, shipping provider and shipping price calculation for physical deliverable products, non-shipping option for virtual products or services, and online checkout function (Like WooCommerce). And users have the choice to chat or pay directly to the sellers by Escrow wallet function, pay on delivery or inquiry to the sellers in the frontend when browse with sellers Ads page that Site WP admin can set in the backend and display it on the frontend WP site. Seller live streaming, on their profile or shop page that connect to external IPFS webrtc or other cheapest video streaming that can be setup externally.
