Adobe XD to PHP/Laravel Website Development

I am in need of a skilled web developer with proficiency in PHP and Laravel to develop a website from an Adobe XD design. Since I haven't specified some key requirements in terms of functionalities and design preferences, I would like to keep them open for us to discuss. Therefore, your flexibility and ability to incorporate changes will be essential.
Key tasks will include:
There are 4 pages developed in Adobe xd, home page, pricing, blog and Knowledge base, but contact page and about us page needs to be developed by you (not asking in XD, meaning during development), as well as need to be developed by your idea blog and knowledge base inside pages.
Preferable to have full website backend, but blog and knowledge pages backend is required.
As well as Seo friendly developed code.
Although there weren’t any specific requested skills or experiences in my brief, I am ideally looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience in PHP/Laravel
- Proven work experience in similar Adobe XD to PHP/Laravel projects
- Excellent visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to adapt and be receptive to changes in project requirements
