Admin Panel & App Modifications

I'm looking for a talented developer who can help me with some modifications in my admin panel and my restaurant and driver apps.
Key Modifications:
1. Account Selection Feature: I need a user interface that allows selection of the account where extra charges will be credited - either the admin's account or the restaurant's account.
2. Order Notification: An overlay I have designed should appear on the screen when an order arrives. A custom ringtone should play continuously until the order is accepted or rejected.
3. Automated Payments: Set up a weekly payout schedule using Razorpay for the restaurant and driver, managed via the admin panel.
Ideal candidates for this job should have:
- Extensive experience in UI design and development
- Familiarity with configuring Razorpay for automated payments
- Ability to implement custom app features
- Excellent communication skills to ensure understanding of the project requirements.
