Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.

Calendar and Meeting Management:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
Prepare meeting materials and agendas as required.
Assist in managing executive calendars.
Communication and Correspondence:
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and written correspondence.
Screen and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Draft, proofread, and edit documents and reports as needed.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately maintain and update records, databases, and files.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Assist in the creation and organization of official documents.
Travel Coordination:
Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Process travel expenses and reports.
Assist in managing travel schedules.
Administrative Support:
Assist various departments with administrative tasks, as needed.
Manage administrative projects and initiatives.
Handle general administrative inquiries and tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
