Admin Ajax Loading Slow in Wordpress -- 2

Hi,
I have a Wordpress plugin called SupportCandy that uses admin-ajax.php
The plugin allows to create a support ticket, reply to it, edit it, delete it
Every insert that is made (Ticket Reply, Ticket Create) it takes around 30 seconds to load.
Other calls to admin-ajax.php like delete ticket work fast without issues.
I need help in diagnosing what is causing the issue and fixing it.
Note - I cannot give access to Wp-Admin.
If you can work by guiding me without the site URL I will pay extra 50% in a tip.
