Additions to the Laravel project and import data and interfaces for display

I developed a Laravel project and I have a few things that need to be completed by another developer
The work will be on making interfaces for importing tsv files, it is like csv, but instead of the comma it will be tab
The import page will have the addition of some things related to the imported file, for example the name of the project, the beneficiary, and some other information that needs ajax to add and browse in select input
Except for the import page, it will work on an easy-to-use browsing page to browse what has been imported and sort by users
This is all on the backend
In the frontend the imported data must be displayed in a certain way as a table and when you click on each row it goes to the detail page for each row
There are specific filters for this table, according to which the rows are filtered.

What is required is someone who has a good ability to work on importing files while showing progress until the import is completed and the database is filled with each row properly.
And also be well versed in Javascript to work on the ajax inputs and also to work on the table & filters in the frontend
