Adding tokenization to medical testing algorithm

I have a long term blockchain project relating to putting covid test results onto the etherium blockchain. Its part of a tokenization project for an existing php based covid testing system. I would want to hire blockchain experts to work on the whole additional functionality for between 20 and 40 hours per week at you sandard rate between 3 months and indefinitely.
