Adding functions to existing website
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have created a music streaming website which allows users to play the songs uploaded on our database library. we are seeking someone who can be able to add the following features to our pre-existing website:
a. Music Charts Page:
this page must have a link on the main nav of the website.
the database for the songs and albums is already created, we need to make the charts display a descending order of the most played songs on the entire database, the database table for play counts is also already created. the charts must be similar to how the top 100 for Spotify is for example.
b. Play Count
we want the play count to be displayed on every tracks info list so that when you see the tracklist on the album page, you will also see how many times has it been played.
c. Podcast page
this page must have a link on the main nav of the website.
this page must display the different podcasts that we have on the database. Meaning that the podcast page must also have its own database table etc
d. Media Query
We want media queries added on the CSS for mobile screen size and tablets, the default CSS is for desktop so there's no need to create that one.
the CSS for the mobile and table resolution must allow the user to have easy navigation and perfect as most of our users will be using mobile phones more than desktop so the mobile CSS media query is absolutely important.
e. Upload.
the users must be able to upload music to the website from their client side.
we want the user to be able to upload tracks, albums, pictures, podcasts in the form of .mp3 or .wav
after the user uploads their content the website must dynamically create the newly added artist and his tracks or podcast and images.
f. Share Track link
allow users to share the tracks individual links on social media platforms like Facebook, Whatsapp and Twitter, also allow user to copy the song link to his or her clipboard, and also sharing the album link
