Adding, fixing some features to the Laravel website

I wanna add a feature to the website so the user will be able to upload a picture or we can say order by prescription
so once the user submit the prescription image
the admin should receive the notification a long with the image
that's it
just a few things
the order or the image should be appeared on the user panel as well and once the admin receive that, the admin should have an option to make the status to done

and secondly
i already implemented two payment methods and they are working as well
just some errors there
the jazz cash payment methods is working well until to the redirection when it's redirected after the successsfull payment the redirection to the website dosn't work
and the easypaisa one is also implemented but don't know about it, you have to check both the payments and fix all the errors if existed

I want to add the following two features as well
1: Guest Checkout (User will be able to order without to create an account)
2: Adding Live Chat to the website from the GitHub library
