Adding code to existing website that will allow visitors to click images to create quote from database.

Building a simple website that walks visitors through steps (image / drop down choices) that correspond to database entries and build a price. Then send email with PDF of result and save results for future recall. Graphics are done, just need code. Must work on mobile as well as desktop.
