Adding a Payment Subscription and Updated Website content

My NON-Profit Organization website was custom built in 2020. Since then we have made upgrades and now we want to make an additional upgrade by adding payment subscription options. Our donors would like to donate on an automatic basis. The website program was built in Laravel. This project has two(2) phases: MILESTONE: 1- Setup a Payment subscription process for members via STRIPE. We want two options, Monthly or every two months and add an admin panel option to opt out members with duplicate accounts(additional detail to the awarded freelancer team) &
MILESTONE: 2- Update existing website content not accessible in the admin panel (logo, remove menu options, etc.)
